Session Description

The power of effective dialogue is undeniable. We’ve all had hard conversations that didn’t end well, and it is even more difficult to engage in dialogue around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging topics in the workplace. This workshop will unpack the difference between a brave space and a safe space and provide participants with tools and resources to better navigate brave conversations that invite dialogue, foster empathy and understanding across differences, and create equity and belonging in the workplace. There is no cost for this training.
