About

Most of us care deeply about creating equitable and inclusive spaces, where our clients and colleagues can feel supported and encouraged. And we know some of our clients and colleagues face hurtful bias and microaggressions around their social identities–those based on race, gender, class, disability, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, etc. But we don’t always know how to stand up for our clients and colleagues, especially when we don’t share their same identity. In this interactive webinar, we’ll explore what it means to “act as an ally,” and how we can use the privileges we have to create more equitable, inclusive, and welcoming spaces. Whether you’re new to the notion of allyship or have been acting as an advocate and supporter for some time, we welcome your participation!
