The Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) kits are designed to provide implementation and evaluation resources for states, communities, administrators, practitioners and consumers of mental health care. The goal of these toolkits is to make mental health care more effective. This toolkit is focused on Permanent Supportive Housing, and discusses the evidence surrounding the psychosocial factors of people’s lives that are influenced by having reliable, permanent housing.
