The Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) kits are designed to provide implementation and evaluation resources for states, communities, administrators, practitioners and consumers of mental health care. The goal of these toolkits is to make mental health care more effective. This toolkit is focused on Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders, which provides guidelines for treatment of those with serious mental illnesses or co-occurring substance abuse disorders.
