The Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) kits are designed to provide implementation and evaluation resources for states, communities, administrators, practitioners and consumers of mental health care. The goal of these toolkits is to make mental health care more effective. This toolkit is focused on Illness Management and Recovery, which provides consumers with information about their mental illness and coping skills in order to empower them to manage it effectively.
